  2. Check whether different device scopes or group scopes were selected.
  3. If different accounts see different data, investigate permission scope and account ownership first.
  4. If the issue still cannot be explained, record the exact page, time range, device ID, and observed behavior, then ask the administrator to continue the investigation.
