What You Will Understand

The platform usually separates feature entry points into two groups:

  • Monitoring-related: checking devices, maps, tracks, and alerts
  • Management-related: handling devices, groups, accounts, reports, and settings

How It Works

  1. Use the left-side menu to enter each module. The page title helps confirm where you are.
  2. Monitoring pages usually provide a device selector at the top. Tracks and alerts appear only after a device is selected.
  3. Management pages usually provide filters plus a list or table for batch queries, export, and processing.

Situations You May Encounter

  • Missing menu items: controlled by account permissions, which is normal.
  • Gray buttons that cannot be clicked: this usually means the module is read-only for your account.

A: Search for the feature name in the page search or documentation search first. If it is still missing, ask the administrator to confirm whether the module has been enabled for your account.
