The platform usually separates feature entry points into two groups:
- Monitoring-related: checking devices, maps, tracks, and alerts
- Management-related: handling devices, groups, accounts, reports, and settings
How It Works
- Use the left-side menu to enter each module. The page title helps confirm where you are.
- Monitoring pages usually provide a device selector at the top. Tracks and alerts appear only after a device is selected.
- Management pages usually provide filters plus a list or table for batch queries, export, and processing.
Situations You May Encounter
- Missing menu items: controlled by account permissions, which is normal.
- Gray buttons that cannot be clicked: this usually means the module is read-only for your account.
