Device Management: Query, Import, Renew, Transfer, and Delete

Feature Overview

Device management is used on the management side. It supports querying devices by account, reviewing details, and performing batch operations such as import, renewal, transfer, deletion, and export, depending on account permissions.

Steps

  1. Open "Device Management" and choose the target account from the account tree on the left.
  2. Set filters such as device ID, expiration time, or device model, then query the list.
  3. Click a record to open device details and review or maintain information if you have permission.
  4. For batch actions, select devices first, then choose the target action such as renew, transfer, or delete and confirm as prompted.

Recommendations

  • Before running batch actions, export the current list or record the filter conditions so the impact scope can be checked later.
  • Transfer and delete are high-risk operations. A review process is recommended to avoid mistakes that affect the business.

Q: Why are buttons like add, renew, or transfer gray?
A: Your account may have read-only permission for device management or may not be authorized for that operation. Contact the administrator.
