Device Alert Monitor: View, Filter, and Process Alerts

Feature Overview

Device alert monitoring lets you review alert records for a selected device within a chosen day and process pending alerts as confirmed, false, or ignored.

Steps

  1. Enter the alert monitor page and select a device at the top.
  2. Choose a date. The system loads alerts for that day and displays statistics such as pending, real alerts, and total count.
  3. Use the filter options, such as all, pending, real, false, and ignored, to locate target records quickly.
  4. Click an alert to view details. If needed, click the address field to resolve the location.
  5. Process pending alerts and add notes for future follow-up.

Recommendations

  • Prioritize alerts that are continuously triggered, affect customer experience, or carry high risk.
  • Use notes to record the handling conclusion, such as contacted, cause confirmed, or no action needed, so handover and review become easier.

FAQ

Q: Why does an alert show "No coordinate information"?
A: That alert does not contain valid position data. Use the device status or tracks around that time to help judge the situation.

Q: Why is there no processing button?
A: Your account may have read-only permission for the alert module. Contact the administrator to enable handling permission.
