Device Alert Monitor: View, Filter, and Process Alerts
Feature Overview
Device alert monitoring lets you review alert records for a selected device within a chosen day and process pending alerts as confirmed, false, or ignored.
Steps
- Enter the alert monitor page and select a device at the top.
- Choose a date. The system loads alerts for that day and displays statistics such as pending, real alerts, and total count.
- Use the filter options, such as all, pending, real, false, and ignored, to locate target records quickly.
- Click an alert to view details. If needed, click the address field to resolve the location.
- Process pending alerts and add notes for future follow-up.
Recommendations
- Prioritize alerts that are continuously triggered, affect customer experience, or carry high risk.
- Use notes to record the handling conclusion, such as contacted, cause confirmed, or no action needed, so handover and review become easier.
