Operation Log: Track Key Actions and Changes

Feature Overview

The operation log is used for auditing and tracing: who changed what object, when they changed it, and which fields were modified. It is suitable for issue tracing, compliance checks, and team coordination.

Steps

  1. Enter the operation log and filter by object type, object name or ID, and time range.
  2. Review the operation time, operator, object type, and operation type in the list.
  3. Expand one log entry to view field-level before and after comparisons.

Recommendations

  • When data has changed but it is unclear who changed it, start by filtering with the object ID.
  • Object IDs usually support one-click copy, which helps when discussing with teammates or filing support tickets.

FAQ

Q: Why can't I see the change details?
A: Some operations may provide only a summary without field-level differences, or the visible log scope may be limited by permissions.
