Device Details and Commands: Information Maintenance and Sending Actions
Feature Overview
Device details let you maintain basic information and notes for a device, and the command center lets you send commands to the device if you have permission.
Device Details: Common Actions

- If you need to maintain information, enter edit mode and update the device name, notes, or extension fields.
- If supported, adjust the device icon style for easier visual recognition.
- After saving, return to the monitoring page. The device list and map display will update accordingly.
Command Center: Send and Review History
- Select the target device at the top of the page.
- Choose a command from the command list:
- Commands without parameters: click and confirm to send
- Commands with parameters: fill in the parameters first, preview the actual payload, then send after confirming
- After sending, open the history record to check the send time and response result, such as success, failure, or sent.
Notes
- Before sending a command, confirm both the device ID and the command content to avoid mistakes.
- If the button cannot be clicked, the module is usually read-only or not authorized for your account.
