Historical Track Playback: Query by Date and Playback Control

Feature Overview

Historical tracks let you query a device's position points within a time range and replay movement on the map. This is useful for issue investigation, process review, and customer feedback verification.

Steps

  1. Enter the historical track page and select a device at the top.
  2. Choose a date and, if necessary, narrow down the time range.
  3. After the query completes, the page displays a track summary such as start point, end point, mileage, and speed.
  4. Use playback controls to replay the route and combine it with the map to inspect key turns or stop areas.

Recommendations

  • Start with the full-day range to confirm whether any track exists at all, then narrow the time range to the actual incident window.
  • During review, look at alerts together with tracks for a more complete conclusion.

FAQ

Q: Why does the start point or end point show "Loading..." or incomplete location information?
A: Address resolution may need some time. Wait briefly and try again. If it still fails, check the network and retry.
