Report Delivery Task: Create One-Time or Scheduled Tasks

Report delivery tasks automate recurring reports. You can create a one-time task to generate a report quickly, or a scheduled task that runs daily or weekly and sends the result to selected recipients depending on page capabilities.

Create a Task (General Flow)

  1. Open report task delivery and click create task.
  2. Choose a report type and enter a task name so the team can recognize it easily.
  3. Choose the task mode:
    • One-time: usually requires a specific time range
    • Scheduled: runs daily or weekly, with cycle and time zone configured as prompted
  4. Choose the device scope, using batch selection if the page supports it.
  5. Configure recipients if email delivery is needed, then save after confirming everything.

  • Validate the report definition with a one-time task first, then convert it into a scheduled task after the result is confirmed.
