Reports and Statistics
Page Overview
Section titled “Page Overview”Reports and Statistics is the core module for managers to evaluate fleet efficiency and calculate asset costs. Through intuitive visual dashboards, multi-dimensional historical detail queries, and automated scheduled report delivery, this page helps enterprises perform deep analysis and business review with reliable data support for operational decisions.
Page Features
Section titled “Page Features”1. Data Dashboard (Visual Panel)
Section titled “1. Data Dashboard (Visual Panel)”Displays overall operating overview and distribution status of enterprise assets using charts. Feature details:
- Efficiency Ranking (Top 10): Shows top ten devices ranked by total mileage and total running time under the current account, helping quickly identify high-load vehicles.
- Organization/Store Status Statistics: Group-level distribution of device states (such as online, offline, not activated) across branches, fleets, or stores, useful for online-rate checks.
- Geofence Asset Distribution: Counts current devices staying in different geofence areas, helping dispatchers track real-time vehicle throughput and inventory at logistics parks or outlets.
- Other Extended Charts: Additional multi-dimensional charts are available to present macro operational trends of the fleet.
2. Data Reports (Detailed Query and Export)
Section titled “2. Data Reports (Detailed Query and Export)”Provides precise retrieval of large historical datasets and manual one-time export for detailed reconciliation and compliance review. Steps and supported report types: After selecting target devices (multi-select supported) and setting a time range, you can query and export the following professional reports:
- Mileage Statistics Report: Daily mileage and total mileage for the selected period.
- Trip Statistics Report: Breaks down each start and stop record per day, with duration and distance per trip segment.
- ACC Statistics Report (Ignition/Shutdown): Records actual occurrence times and durations of engine ignition (ACC ON) and shutdown (ACC OFF).
- Overspeed Statistics Report: Lists all overspeed events and peak instantaneous speed during driving.
- Stop Statistics Report: Records stationary periods and exact locations for abnormal idling/parking investigation.
- Location Point Detail Report: Exports the lowest-level, most detailed raw GPS trajectory points reported by devices.
3. Report Push (Automated Export Tasks)
Section titled “3. Report Push (Automated Export Tasks)”To reduce repetitive export work for managers, the system provides backend automatic packaging and scheduled delivery. Steps and feature details:
- Batch one-time export: For large files across months and many devices, create a one-off task here. The server processes and packages in the background without occupying browser resources, then provides download when done.
- Scheduled subscription push: Configure periodic automation tasks (for example, every midnight or every Monday morning). The system pulls specified report data at scheduled times and sends it directly to configured email recipients.
- Query range limits: To ensure responsive performance, a single online query in Data Reports usually has a maximum time span limit (for example, no more than 31 days). For quarterly/yearly data, split by time ranges or use Report Push for background download.
- Recipient mailbox configuration: Before setting scheduled push, verify recipient email addresses and whitelist the system sender address to avoid Excel-attachment report emails being marked as spam.
Q: I need to send the daily fleet mileage report to my boss every evening. Is there a faster way? A: Use Report Push with a scheduled export task. Set it to run at 18:00 every day, choose required devices and Mileage Statistics Report, and the system will automatically generate and email the report with no manual intervention.
