Login and Registration
Page Overview
Section titled “Page Overview”The login page is the unified secure entry point for users to access the GPS platform. This page provides standard account-password authentication, supports enterprise branding display, and allows multilingual (internationalized) interface switching to meet the needs of global teams and cross-border enterprises.
Entry Path
Section titled “Entry Path”Enter your dedicated platform domain/URL in the browser address bar.
Page Features
Section titled “Page Features”Account Login
Section titled “Account Login”Use system-assigned valid credentials to authenticate and enter the GPS platform console. Steps:
- Enter a valid account and password in the login area.
- Click Login. After validation succeeds, the system redirects to the platform homepage.
Language Switching (Internationalization)
Section titled “Language Switching (Internationalization)”The system includes 25+ languages, allowing multinational teams or foreign staff to switch UI language with one click based on reading preference. Steps:
- Click the language dropdown at the top-right of the login page (or designated position).
- Select the target language from the list. The page refreshes immediately and displays that language version.
Branded Display
Section titled “Branded Display”The system supports displaying enterprise brand visuals (such as company logo) on the login page, improving corporate image and brand identity.
Field Definitions
Section titled “Field Definitions”| Field | Description |

| Account | User login credential, usually a custom username, phone number, or email address. |
| Password | Security password associated with the account. |
- Enterprise account activation: To ensure enterprise-grade data security and permission governance, direct self-service enterprise signup on the login page is not supported.
- Initial activation: If your enterprise does not yet have a platform account, contact our technical support or business team to create the initial primary account.
- Add and issue accounts: If your enterprise account already exists, log in and go to Account Management to create additional accounts (peer-level login accounts and subordinate child accounts) without contacting support.
- Regular user registration: For regular end users only, self-registration is supported through the GPS companion mobile app.
- Custom language expansion: The system currently covers over 25 mainstream languages. If your business requires a special language not listed, contact technical support. We will add and launch that language within 1 week (7 calendar days) after receiving your request.
Q: I am an enterprise admin. How do I create platform accounts for new employees or branches? A: You do not need to register on the login page or contact support. Log in with your enterprise admin account, go to Account Management, and create peer login accounts for employees or subordinate child accounts for branches.
Q: What if the login page does not include the language needed by our overseas team? A: Contact your dedicated account manager or technical support and provide the language name. Our technical team will complete translation configuration and release within one week, without affecting normal business operations.
