Internationalization and Branding

The System Settings page is mainly used to define global display standards and enterprise visual identity. Enterprises can configure locale-friendly units and time formats to support localized collaboration across regions, and deeply customize the dedicated login page (such as custom domain, logo, and background image) to build a professional branded fleet management workspace.

Click the Settings icon (or dropdown menu) at the top-right of the system > System Settings

Used to configure base data display formats across the system UI and satisfy local reading habits in different countries/regions. Feature details and operation: Select your preferred standards in the configuration panel and save. This is a global setting. Once saved, it immediately changes speed, distance, and time display formats in all modules (such as monitoring map, device list, and trip reports).

  • Unit system: Metric (for example, kilometers) or Imperial (for example, miles).
  • Date format: Multiple mainstream formats are supported (for example, YYYY-MM-DD).
  • Time mode: 24-hour or 12-hour (AM/PM).

Supports custom browser-side identity and dedicated login-page visuals to enhance external brand image and employee brand recognition. Configuration items:

  • Login page basics: Configure dedicated enterprise access domain and browser tab title.
  • Visual asset upload: One-click upload and replacement of favicon, enterprise logo, and full-screen login background image.

Provides convenience when adjusting brand visuals, without repeatedly logging out to verify results. Feature details: When you upload a new logo or background asset, the settings panel renders a real-time login-page simulator (mockup). You can preview final appearance instantly, then save and publish after confirming layout quality.

  • Asset upload standards: When uploading logos or background images, use clear PNG/JPG files and follow the system’s recommended dimensions and size limits to avoid stretching and slow loading.
  • Underlying data logic: Internationalization settings only change frontend display and conversion behavior. Raw GPS telemetry remains stored in a unified high-precision standard, so changing units does not cause historical data loss or corruption.

Q: After changing logo and background in branding settings, when can I see the effect? A: After you click save and the system confirms success, the configuration takes effect immediately. Open a new browser tab and visit your dedicated login page to check the latest result. If no change appears, browser cache is usually the cause. Try force-refresh with Ctrl + F5 (or Cmd + Shift + R on Mac).
