Q: A device suddenly stopped generating geofence alarms. How can I investigate through logs? A: Go to Operation Log, set Object Type to Alarm configuration or Device, and enter that device identifier in Object ID to query. Expand log details and compare before/after values to quickly identify whether someone accidentally removed the device’s geofence binding rule. The log records operator account information completely. If the operator field is not shown in the current table header, click Header Settings at the top-right and enable the Operator-related column.
